How the Meeting Scheduler Works
Finding a meeting time usually means a scattered thread of 'does Tuesday work?' replies. Instead of guessing and asking people to accept or decline, everyone marks their real availability across several candidate days at once, and the heat map shows you the actual best overlap.
Can I propose more than one day?
Yes, you select as many candidate dates as you want when creating the poll, so participants can mark availability across the whole range in one pass.
